Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Wapixed ("we") collects through the Wapixed waitlist website and, once launched, the app (together, the "Service"), and how we use it.

1. What We Collect

• Waitlist form data: the name, email address, and trader-type selection you submit when joining the waitlist.
• Approximate location: we derive an approximate country (never a precise address) from your IP address at signup, for basic, aggregate analytics only - see Section 3.
• Basic technical data: page visits and IP address, for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention (e.g. detecting automated/bot submissions).

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 - see Section 1 of the Terms of Service.

2. How We Use It

To manage the waitlist, contact you about early access and the Founder's program described on the waitlist page, and understand where interest in the Service is coming from. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-Party Processors

We share the minimum data necessary with:

• ipwhois.io - resolves your IP address to an approximate country for aggregate analytics only; no personal data beyond the IP address itself is sent.

(Once the app itself launches, additional processors - payment/subscription management, AI analysis providers, market data providers - will be documented here and in the app's own Privacy Policy.)

4. Data Retention

We retain waitlist data until the Service launches and you either create a real account (at which point the app's own Privacy Policy governs) or request deletion.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist data at any time by contacting contact@wapixed.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
