These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wapixed waitlist website and, once launched, the Wapixed application (together, the "Service"), operated by Wapixed ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist, create an account, or purchase a subscription. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not charge you anything, and does not guarantee access to any specific plan, price, or launch date. Any "Founder's" pricing, trial period, or early-access benefit described on the waitlist page is offered at our discretion and may change before the Service actually launches.
Wapixed analyzes public market data and earnings reports using automated and AI-assisted methods to surface informational, educational content about stocks ("Signals"). Signals are not investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and are not tailored to your personal financial situation. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. See the Financial Disclaimer for the full terms, which are incorporated into this agreement.
Paid tiers are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another storefront through which you download the app. Billing, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are handled by that storefront under its own terms.
You agree not to: submit false information to the waitlist form; use automated means to submit multiple waitlist entries; reverse-engineer the Service; or use the Service to violate any law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data and AI analysis may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wapixed is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
